Tracy Hooper specializes in the defense of physicians and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice litigation.

Tracy received her bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a minor in Business Administration from San Diego State University and her law degree from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law in 2008.

During law school, Tracy was a member and article editor for Lewis & Clark Law Review. She also gained experience as a legal intern for the Office of The Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, and as a certified law clerk for the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office.

Tracy is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and California state courts as well as Oregon and Washington federal courts. She is an active member of the Oregon and Washington state bar associations as well as the Multnomah County Bar Association. Tracy has volunteered with the Refugee Care Collective, and served on the Multnomah County Bar Association Pro Bono Committee and Service to the Public Committees.

Prior to joining Hodgkinson Street Mepham, Tracy clerked for the Honorable Jean K. Maurer, former Presiding Judge of Multnomah County Circuit Court.
